I’m fairly new to espresso, since I’ve usually found it disappointing, and I had been wondering what you meant by an “herbal” espresso. No longer. I stopped by Farm: Table this morning for an espresso. The berry and citrus flavors to which I’m more accustomed were submerged beneath a strong sage flavor, maybe some oregano. Very interesting. Thanks for your reviews.

Let’s not forget that this little dream would not be if for Katherine’s vision. She is the owner of Farm:table.
I think in this economy it is also essential to credit courageous as well as talented( she does all the pastries) entrepreneur.
