That was an amusing broadcast; I'm glad they went to the trouble of calling up that barista in Roma. Perhaps if the interviewer had phrased the question differently, i.e., not asking for a "secret" -- the guy might've said something useful, for ex., really fresh-roasted beans, ground right before brewing. Allora... ;)

Too bad we can't just buy the Gambero Rosso guide from Amazon, or I'd have it already! No doubt when I visit Italia in June, it should be in any good bookstore there.
