Complete ignorance of the west coast roasters about how to roast specialty coffee. Call me at 407 484 3231 and I will send you at no charge a sample roasted by a professional east coast roaster. By the way I was one of the first cuppers to try this coffee in Panama and have cup it in competitions at least 5 times. I gave this coffee 100 score for perfection. That is where the taste is...I noticed that most of Peet's Roast are dark. Once you get Geisha after 432 F (city++) it looses everything this coffee is about. I would buy it from other source than Peet's.
