i tried to leave my latte cup from starbucks in a car.
the next day i checked the colour and smell of the cup.
i just smelt the milk and the colour is light brown (mostly because of the milk) i never tasted any espresso in my latte and cappincino.

the latte and cappincino i buy these days is differnet. i even can smell the espresso next day in my emptied cup. 

all i can say is most people don't like the bitter taste.
whenever they drink coffee, they pour out 1/4 of the cup and add milk or cream into it. coffee is no longer a coffee anymore.</description>
