		<description>Hey, ran across this blog in a search engine. I have has Super Tuscan (I order it online) and believe it to be my favorite espresso. It performs amazingly in milk and i've noticed that the flavor really is wonderful about four or five days post roast, really buttery.

In Kansas City these guys run the show. The Roasterie Cafe has a very well trained barista staff, very knowledgable and great atmosphere.

I got hooked last summer when i visited MO for a marathon.
